Update from the Director

2013 was a year full of blessings and spiritual fruits, and December was another month of victory. We participated in the evangelistic outreach named “Purchased by the Blood of Christ” along with hundreds of churches statewide. For the first time we had a parade in our municipal that ended in front of the municipal palace. The mayor loaned us a platform giving us the ability….(click here)

Comments on Kids

When I see the children in the villages we serve they remind me of when I was a small girl. Every December when I was growing up we would anxiously wait for Christmas-time with the hope of getting a gift at Christmas, but many times we didn’t receive anything because we were very poor with 12 of us kids in the home of my farming parents. Thanks to your generosity to the Child Sponsorship Program every year, the hope of these children don’t go in vain. They come to the camp for a Christmas program where they sing songs of praise to God, listen to the testimony of the gospel, and learn that the gifts they are receiving come from people belonging to Christ. Doctors’ Dialogue

During the month of December Communion Clinic was able to serve a total of 229 patients in the three locations where we give medical consultations. Mesa de las Tablas is one of those locations where every week we go and they receive us with great joy and love. In addition to medical care in Mesa de las Tablas we took the opportunity to also give spiritual care too. We took Alejandro (pastor of la Biznaga church) with us and he has been visiting several of our patient’s homes and started a small group.
