WISE – December 2016 – Welcome to the WISE Family!
Welcome to the WISE Family
We are so excited to welcome Brother Arlington to the WISE family. He is a local Pastor of the Ruby Christian Church (which he helped start) where he has served the past 22 years. He is a Graduate of Lower Caribbean Bible College and Ozark Christian College. He has a lovely family that includes his wife Melanese of 22 years and 3 beautiful children. He loves to preach, evangelize, and teach people about the Lord. He’s excited about the opportunity to serve and be a part of the team at WISE. We are so thankful to have him! Please pray for him and his family as he balances church, school, and family responsibilities.
Online Giving
This month we have integrated a new online giving system. This is a very easy system for you to give online. If this is something that you would like to do, please go to this link: www.easytithe.com/wisebiblecollege. On the left side of the page you will click “First Time,” and it sets up the new account. Once you create your new account, you can choose if you would like to make a “One Time donation” or an “Automatic Reoccurring Donation.” These options can be chosen on the left side of the page. If you have any questions please email andrew.stout@wisebiblecollege.org.

A CHRISTMAS CHALLENGE
In Barbados it is warm, sunny, and palm trees wave occasionally when a slight wind blows. Just a half mile away fishermen are casting nets into the sea for their living and black-belly sheep are plodding along the path by the house. I can almost picture the dusty streets of Bethlehem as the Savior was preparing to enter the world. Amidst the bundling up of colder weather where you are, the busyness of pageants, buying gifts, and preparing fellowship meals, we hope you get a chance to stop and worship this season.
“Then the angel said to them, “Do not be afraid, for behold, I bring you good tidings of great joy which will be to all people. For there is born to you this day in the city of David a Savior, who is Christ the Lord. And suddenly there was with the angel a multitude of the heavenly host praising God and saying “Glory to God in the highest, and on earth peace, and goodwill toward men!” Luke 2:10-14
Glory to God for His gift of His Son we can share with others!
Glory to God for all the graduates serving all over sharing God’s word every day to grow the Kingdom!
Glory to God for staff visas passed and for local staff joining the WISE Team!
Glory to God for student visas starting to process for the January start!
Your generous support makes a difference and allows us to continue to exist, operate daily, and improve our facilities and ministry. We love seeing how God provides every step of the way. As student visas come in, 3 are from Dominica (an island with no Christian Church presence). We are so excited to see how God impacts all the islands!
This spring we will owe the Baptist owners money for our new campus. We still have some to raise for this. We would love for you to visit our online giving portal (instructions are located in the “Online Giving” section of this newsletter) if you would like to help us with an extra Christmas gift. Be sure to select “Barbados Property.” We are still looking to raise about $250,000. If you are looking to give a special tax free gift this season, would you consider helping towards the new property to help make an even bigger Island Impact?
We are looking for 100 partners to make a gift of $1,000 and 200 partners to make a gift of $500 and 1000 more people to make a gift of $100.
A very joy filled Christmas to you from the Wurdeman’s and WISE, Brice and Amanda
