Pray for California & SB 1146!
I am, and have been since childhood, an individual fascinated with and holding strong opinions about politics. I have, however, steadfastly avoided pressing panic buttons or sounding alarms that some eagerly embrace.
The body of Christ is called to love those who are far from God. Jesus loved the woman caught in adultery and the woman he met at a well who had many husbands. Jesus reserved his most harsh criticism for those who believed they were spiritually superior and held themselves out to be religious leaders. We are not called to rail against those who need God’s grace, but Christ’s Church must be allowed to proclaim truth as Scripture delivers it. You think about that!
