Manchester Chinese Christian Church

Brandy Lee- Manchester, NH

  • Give thanks to God for a successful Easter meeting with Pastor Wing Wong’s message, encouraging 30 people in our congregation to commit or recommit their lives to serving the Lord.
  • Pray that our congregation will focus on living the gospel in our community.
  • Pray for our Resident Minister, Andrew Fross. Pray for wisdom and opportunity as he ministers to the youth and young adults in our church. Pray for this coming summer as we seek to give our young kids experiences that will shape their faith and grow them in their walk with the Lord.
  • Give thanks to God for 3 of our young students: Chris, Hannah, and Xue Yan Ma, who have decided to be baptized in May.
  • The intern from Lincoln Christian University, Grace Lu, will finish her internship in May 8. Pray that the Lord will prepare her way to serve Him more abundantly in the future.

Oasis Christian Church (Liberian)
Christic Marblow- Providence, RI

  • We are so grateful to God for sustaining us through the winter blizzard without any major problems.  As summer gradually approaches, we have started meeting and planning for our outreach activities. Pray that the outreach activities for the summer will be successful.
  • Pray that our members will join us as we pass out church flyers and tracks in South Providence.
  • Joan and her mother have not been getting along. Please pray that their relationship will get better. When Joan was coming to church, she had a good relationship with her old aged mother. Since she stopped, it has gone very badly to the point that she does not want to see her mother. Recently, during one of my counseling sessions with both of them, she was literally rude to her to the point that I had to intervene. Pray for Joan to forgive her mother and also for her salvation.
  • Pray for E-Man and his fiancé who have started coming to the church that they will both grow in the Lord and become truthful followers of Christ.
  • Pray for a worship place. We have been informed by the landlord to pay eleven hundred for the current place we are using for worship. Frankly speaking, we cannot afford that amount now and praying for God’s direction to lead us to a suitable and affordable place for worship.
  • Please continue to pray for our pastor and his wife, for the sacrificial time they are putting into the church so that it can yield more fruits to the honor and praise of God‘s glory.
  • With summer entering, church attendance has started to pick up again. Pray that it will continue as individuals reach out to friends and relatives with good news of Christ Jesus.

  • Please continue to pray for Mr Sary Oung to be strong and to maintain a continual presence at our church.
  • Please pray for Savoeun Vath who is one of our elders. Pray for Savoeun to speak words of life to our church family.
  • I have a project in Phnom Penh, Cambodian. There is a church that would like to train children on how to use a laptop. If this interests you, please let me know.  My phone is number 978- 726-0837. Five or six laptops would allow us to meet this goal.  However, I would be happy with whatever you can donate. You can send them to me (Rinn Sim, 38 Gates Street; Lowell, MA 01851).

  • Pray for our Resident Minister, Andrew Fross, who is serving our youth kids and young adults. Pray for this group of teenagers as they are being challenged to make God the center of their lives. Pray for Andrew as he works with our young adults to make them stronger disciples so that they too can go and make disciples.

Hong Kong Christian Mission

Wing Wong- China

  • Reports have been received that the government has progressively taken tougher action against churches. We thank God that this has not affected our ministries yet. People are coming to the Lord through baptism every month. Please continue to pray that our churches will stand firm in faith and carry on God’s missions in boldness!
  • We started going back to the children’s hospital in Beijing for evangelism and caring after a break of three months. Please pray that Sister Yuen can find more help. Sister Yuen was just married to a fine young preacher last week!
  • Please pray that more people in China will tune into our video programs on Livestream. Grace Lu (our LCU intern) and Hannah Guan have been doing a great job doing the children’s story time. Grace will return to Lincoln soon, but she will continue to help with the program. Praise the Lord!
