LET ME TELL YOU ABOUT RAYMOND
I’ve mentioned him before. I can’t forget what he said. |

I met Raymond last fall. He is the pastor of a congregation that is building a sanctuary to seat 3500 people. I would describe him as warm, humble, committed, very talented and well educated, and is still a learner as he demonstrated. He is the leader assigned to oversea about 120 other pastors in his State. I met several of the young adults that he and his wife had adopted when they were children; they are all active in ministry today. One of the Relational Evangelism training’s we did in Cameroon last year was held at the site of his congregation. I was watching him from a distance and saw that he more than attended; he was front row and an active participant.
I WISH MORE PREACHERS WERE AS OPEN TO TAKING THIS TRAINING AS HE WAS AND SEEING WHAT JACKSON NDECHECK MEANS WHEN HE SAID RE/IAAR IS ‘PROFOUNDLY UNIQUE.’
Raymond came up to me half way through the training and said. "John I have been looking for this material for 21 years. And here it shows up at my front door. This is a game changer." After the training he came up to me and said, "Let me tell you what this training is going to mean to all our churches. It is like we are sailing an old rigging ship to North America. We are half way there; we have been toiling and struggling and working very hard. And then someone comes along side and and asks if we would like to go the rest of the way in their jet plane! John, this is going to propel us into the future. We will be training all our preachers how to train their people in this."

Lord willing, we will return to Cameroon for a follow up training. I’m told they are training hundreds more there already.
Is there anyone else out there that needs and wants this training? Preacher, Associate, Elder, Missionary, man, woman, everyday disciples?
