The goal of Project New Hope is to give hope to the suffering, socially abandoned, economically trapped and spiritually seeking in Santo Domingo, Ecuador, and Trujillo, Peru. PNH works with nationals in the communities, establishing churches to empower the poor to experience personal and community transformation, using the key strategies of Community Health Evangelism (CHE) and Bible storytelling. |

Mission team
Chandler Christian Church, Chandler, Ariz., came to serve God with us in Ecuador. As always, God is amazing and we had an incredible time experiencing Him. Many lives were transformed; we baptized 11 youths and three adults from Villegas. We had a three-day youth retreat and the night they came home we had a party at the church with the youth and their parents. We did adopt-a-block, Peace Treaties, discipleship, had activities and built relationships. The team members were also able to meet the families and see the houses that were built because of the donation that their church made. Sixteen houses were built and families were blessed by the church. Thank you, Chandler Christian Church, for being Jesus’ hands and feet! You’ve made a lasting impact! |

Leadership training retreat
We held a leadership training retreat that was extremely worthwhile. The goal was to spend time with nine disciples of Christ, training them to make disciples. We are praying for a movement to grow God’s church in Ecuador. Several of them expressed how they never would have thought that their lives would be transformed and how they could be a part of something so great that God is doing in their lives, families and their community. We are all excited to see what God has in store for His church! |

Prayer warriors
We are becoming a praying church! We have a prayer ministry and are looking for prayer warriors.
“This is the confidence we have in approaching God; that if we ask anything according to His will, He hears us. And if we know that He hears us — whatever we ask — we know that we have what we asked of Him” (1 John 5:14-15). |

If so, please email us at bukta4ecuador@gmail.com. “After this the Lord appointed seventy-two others and sent them two-by-two ahead of Him to every town and place where He was about to go. Project New Hope + CMF
CMF and Project New Hope are part of an exciting partnership with Team Expansion missionaries Mike and Dani Bukta and their work in Peru and Ecuador. Through this partnership we will work together toward holistic mission where disciples are made, individual lives are transformed, and nationals are empowered to lead. U.S. churches actively partner in this ministry with the goal of creating dynamic Christ-centered communities (churches) that can transform the world. |
