Ukrainian refugees in Biala Podlaska, Poland

From June 17-24, 2015, the Christian camp in Ostroda, Poland will be hosting 80 Ukrainian children who have lost their homes and/or fathers during the current Russian-Ukrainian war. Please pray that God’s Word is impressed on these children’s heart so they will not turn from them when they are old. 

 

Short term team members from Brighton, MI, Rockville, IN, and Noblesville, IN will be sharing “Life of Joseph” lessons with Ukrainian children.  Please pray that God’s love, wisdom and direction can be given to each child who attends.

“YEAR of DISCIPLESHIP”  is the 2015 theme for the Polish Christian Churches/Churches of Christ.   One of the projects is to translate the classic book by John Stott, The Radical Disciple: Some Neglected Aspects of Our Calling for our Polish leaders in ministry.  This project will cost $2,000.  If you would like to contribute to this project please make a note on the memo line of your check: “2015: Year of Discipleship”.
