Pray that God will empower us to be instrumental in having networks of churches using Scripture to grow, mature, and multiply in all of our current translation projects within 20 years of starting.
Monday
Many people in communities where we serve have been traumatized by war and other violence. Pray that God’s Word will speak powerfully to them of His love and His empowerment to forgive.
Tuesday
Trauma healing specialists introduce people to Scriptures that speak to their pain and promote forgiveness and healing. Pray that God will raise up additional personnel to serve in this way.
Wednesday
New Testaments for the Waran, Mbore, and Apal people groups in Papua New Guinea are nearing completion. Pray for God’s protection over the people and resources involved in finishing each of these translations.
Thursday
Our legal team helps assure our compliance with regulatory requirements in North America and overseas. Pray that they will navigate well today’s increasingly complex legal climates.
Friday
Construction of our new Vision Building and John Relyea Prayer Tower has resumed after an unexpected delay. Pray that it will be completed on schedule and within budget.
Saturday
Pray that God will grow our ministry so that we are translating God’s Word for 84 language communities by the end of 2018. |
