Current events in the Middle East indicate deep spiritual hunger. Pray that what Satan means for evil will be used by the Spirit to accomplish the purposes of God.
Monday
Many nations in this region are experiencing social and political turmoil. Pray for God’s protection on the lives and ministries of our personnel and other like-minded workers.
Tuesday
The ongoing refugee crisis in the Middle East creates great opportunities to minister in Jesus’ name. Pray that suffering will lead to faith. Pray that God will show us how to do our part in reaching out in His name.
Wednesday
Personnel in one area have begun serving a marginalized people group. Pray for continued progress in learning the people’s language and customs. Pray for opportunities to build relationships that lead to open doors for reading and discussing Scripture.
Thursday
They also desire to facilitate projects that meet needs within the community. Pray for wisdom and unity as they consider various options, such as literacy in a regional language or programs for school-aged children.
Friday
Other people groups in the region are looking for someone to help them have
the “Holy Books.” Pray that God will raise up additional workers to accomplish this task.
Saturday
We desire to see transformed lives through God’s Word in every language. Pray that everyone in this region will have opportunity to receive His Word and be deeply impacted by it. |
