Sunday “Be still and know that I am God. I will be exalted among the nations; I will be exalted in the earth” (Psalm 46:10). Pray that they will habitually be still in His presence and that, as a result, He will be exalted through their lives and ministries.
Monday “I want to know Christ and the power of His resurrection” (Philippians 3:10a). Pray that knowing Christ and living in the power of His resurrection will be their main priority. Pray that all ministry will flow from their relationship with Him.
Tuesday “My soul clings to You; Your right hand upholds me” (Psalm 63:8). Pray that they will continually be aware of God’s sustaining presence and will always cling to Him.
Wednesday “Take … the sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God” (Ephesians 6:17). Pray that they will be effective spiritual warriors who always speak Scriptural truth.
Thursday “May your whole spirit, soul, and body be kept blameless at the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ” (I Thessalonians 5:23b). Pray that they will lead pure and blameless lives.
Friday “For the Lord Almighty has purposed, and who can thwart Him?” (Isaiah 14:27a). Pray that they will fully trust God’s purposes when they face disappointing circumstances. Saturday “Live a life of love, just as Christ loved us and gave Himself up for us … ” (Ephesians 5:2). Pray that they will show sacrificial Christ-like love in all their interactions. |
