Sunday
Our weeklong Discovery program begins next Sunday. Pray that every participant will clearly see the needs and opportunities for serving the world’s Bible-less people.
Monday
Continuing education seminars for field personnel will also be offered. Pray that attendees will be encouraged and equipped as they learn from experienced coworkers.
Tuesday
The week will also include classes and activities for the children and teens of current and future personnel. Pray that they will gain valuable skills while forming friendships with others throughout this week.
Wednesday
Our annual reunion for personnel on home assignment takes place today and tomorrow. Pray that each person who attends will be encouraged and refreshed.
Thursday
Our board of directors, which gives invaluable guidance to our ministry, meets today and tomorrow. Pray for profitable discussions and wise decisions.
Friday
Parents experience unique joys and concerns as they send their adult children to far-away places to serve the Bible-less. Pray that a seminar being held next Friday will greatly encourage this special group of senders.
Saturday
In addition to all of these, several other meetings and training events will occur throughout this month. Pray that every one will serve to help fulfill our vision of transformed lives through God’s Word in every language. |
