Our old building has been taken over by the Russian government of Crimea.

Pray for God’s turning what was meant to harm us into something good. Somehow.

In a fallen world, we can expect troubles, sometimes fewer, sometimes more, but always troubles. Our hope is in the one who has overcome the world. It is both a done deal and a process.

I have no details beyond what I am writing you.

Pray that our House on the Hill is safe from ‘sanctions’ and greed and that our ministry will continue there as planned.
Praise God that we are not dependent on the old building for our ministry — but would have been nice to have received some money from selling it.

Pray that somehow we can get the Crimean government to give us some compensation for the building. (Some months ago they sent out some folks to tell our CIU-IIIC director/bookkeeper that the city wants to buy the building for a kindergarten.)

Pray that the CIU-Center staff will be faithful to the Lord, maintaining faith in him though we suffer at the hands of sinful men as we do, as all in this world do.
