Intervention desperately needed.
In 2011 we began a primary school in Gudele South Sudan as an extension to the Church. Our community outreach swelled and soon a well and concrete school building were installed to accommodate more displaced children.
Last year war broke out. Our enrollment dropped to 157 and we did not anticipate an increase. This past month we began to teach and care for nearly 600, at risk children.
We need your prayers and help. If you are a long time subscriber to this prayer update, you know how rare that we share financial needs. Now is the time to enable us to show Mercy while you continue to empower us with prayer!
Education officials from the government of South Sudan visited this week and have voiced concern. We need 50 desk. Each desk is hand built by local craftsman at a cost of $83.00 and can sit 4 students. ( row seating = $21.00 per student)
Our total need is $4200.
