| For those that thirstTHIS PAST WEEK – Mercy Partners Safe water initiative ” PROJECT JACOB” reached our goal of our 5th and 6th safe water well ( one at Lemon Gaba and the other at Juba, South Sudan )
One life impacted by your love is Mama Monika Joseph, she states:
I am a Dinka from Rumbek, I am a mother of five children. During the civil war, my family lived in Khartoum. I came back to Juba in 2011 voluntarily after the comprehensive peace agreement was signed. The first time I came to Juba I thought of going back to Khartoum just because of the water crisis in my village. The water brought by the trucks is sold expensive and a poor woman like me without a job could not afford buying water every day for my family.
When I heard about ,Mercy Partners, coming to drill a borehole for our village, I wanted to be among the community members coming to help the drilling crews.
Thank God this has been a success. May the almighty God richly bless the donors for this well and much more for their effort in making themselves available at this crucial moment. My God grant you a long life. “
