VICTIM OF THE EVIL ONE – This week we received a message by one of the young man that we will call “Dembet” in Africa that we have been “loving into a relationship with Jesus” Tom has known him for over five years.

Dembet writes:

I swallowed some poison yesterday morning, I threw up like 10 times.
I know it’s not what you want to hear but.. it happens.

I felt trapped, lost, hopeless, worthless, etc..

’cause some things here never change and, honestly some people here just make me feel like dying,..
they’ve made me regret the day I was born.

Pray for the deliverance of “ Dembet” from demonic oppression.

Pray for our brothers and sisters that we have mobilized to come to “Dembet’s” side.

SCHOOL EXPANDS – Phase one ( Foundation) of Gudele Church School expansion has been completed and phase two begins early next week.

UN reports more than half of South Sudan’s children are unschooled and over 800 schools destroyed during the war. Leaving over 400,000 children uneducated.

Our native co-laborers are brave souls. They dare to dream of stability in unfavorable odds. Currently there are power struggles in South Sudan that threaten the peace that hangs on by a thread.

Despite the fragility of the nation, our school now enrolls 750 at risk displaced children from 17 different tribes. This week we will begin a campaign to furnish desks, doors & windows for when the structure completes.

Pray for continued resources as needs increase.

Pray for the protection of our work both Spiritually and physically.
