There has been confirmed reports of heavy fighting, including artillery shelling near one of areas of operation in the South of South Sudan. 

 On a lighter note, prayers of safety & protection have been spoken over a newly purchased motorbike. The motorbike is serving our evangelist Emmy, as her has brought to gospel to a newly formed congregation across the Nile.  The motorbike has been purchased in the midst of our feeding program in a nearby region who many displaced are hearing [and seeing] the Gospel because of our partnership with Emmy and Gudele Church of Christ. 

Pray for peace to overcome South Sudan.

Last week we reported :

 MERCY PARTNERS is currently in stage 2 of a 5 part program to mitigate starvation. $5800 is needed to complete the feeding program for 1200 souls. Most all the country is situation code is stressed to Elevated while Unity state is in full blown famine. 

$5,800 is still needed.
