More than numbers
Today is the two year mark for start of South Sudan civil war that continue despite ceasefire.
1 million have displaced from their homes.
4 million are dying of hunger.
16 thousand Child Soldiers.
Numerous peace deals broken.
To us they are more than numbers! Pray that South Sudan will increasingly see that God is their only refuge in the midst of the troubles of this world. (Jer. 33:6)
Ask the Lord to pour out a spirit of repentance on South Sudan that they might become a nation committed to following His ways. (Jer. 29:13)
Pray that a holy fear of God will sweep across South Sudan , leading them to obey God.
(Isaiah 50:10)
