Blessed Gathering 

Distinguished members of the Sudanese community met with Tom to discuss current insecurity issues, food access, and economic collapse of the infant country. Solutions towards a way forward were discussed at length with much prayer. 

This month we have the task of feeding 3,000. As Oliver stated, “I wish only that I was now suffering with my people… the status of which we live here in the United States is not balanced.”

Tom encouraged the men by sharing that there are many children of God that will band together to show God’s grace through equality when MERCY PARTNERS shares the impact of their meeting. 

Tom reports, “I hope those reading [Tuesday Prayer Partners] will make my words true.”                             

During Tom’s return, he shared two flights with the niece of Kenya’s President. They spoke of MERCY PARTNERS’ gender reconciliation efforts and the current crisis relief that we are mitigating in South Sudan. 

SOLIDLY – Christ is the solution to N & E Africa’s problems and, may I add, the solution for the problems of the United States.

Pray God will lead and direct in the following:

• A way forward and direction during the follow-up of these meetings. 

• MERCY PARTNERS’ efforts in gender reconciliation to have continued impact.

• Fulfillment, funding, and protection of MERCY PARTNERS’ current crisis relief: the feeding of 3,000.
