Children line up with water containers within a week of the hand pump well failure. With your help, we were able to address the needs of 1,000 households by repairing a well in South Sudan. There was jubilation and praise when the borehole was fix and working very well even better than when it was first installed according Mzee Lado. Many thanks to Mercy Partners to install it and later fixing it when it got broken. The school kids were also very happy when finally water was available for them to wash and drink. Taban Daniel the head teacher appreciate the work Mercy Partners did to fix the borehole because the school could not be able to fix it because buying the spare parts are all in dollars and the SSP against Dollars is very high. The women were very happy because finally water is available for them to cook with and wash. Thanks be to the caring Church of Christ.
