Celebrating Rob DeVoe’s Homecoming
December 30, 1964-September 27, 2015
It is in the spirit of celebration and rejoicing that the family of Rob DeVoe, Lifeline’s Database Manager, eldest son of Bob and Gretchen DeVoe (Lifeline Founders) and brother of Renee’ Mead (Lifeline’s Financial Secretary), announce that Rob went home to be with Jesus at 8 a.m. on Sunday September 27, 2015 after a valiant 2 year battle with stomach and esophageal cancer.  During that time he never gave up hope and his faith was only strengthened as God gave him extra time with family and friends.

During his illness and journey through this valley of death,  Rob always praised God for His love and trusted Him.  He was an amazing witness of faith and determination, to his family and friends.  Rob continually expressed how grateful he was to all of his friends, the Lifeline Staff and Supporters, and the people he loved in the mission fields who sent scriptures and prayers to him, held prayer and fasting times for him and expressed their love in many ways.

Please keep Rob’s wife Jen, the children and entire family in your prayers.

His obituary can be viewed online.
