Pursuing depth and impact

Greetings,
 
We are three weeks away from GMHC-Africa and this will be the third time LIA will be hosting this event. We approach this event with humble hearts because we recognize that God has given us a platform to facilitate mobilization, equipping and commissioning – not only for practitioners but students – to go out and facilitate transformation in communities all over the continent of Africa. 
 
The opportunity to host GMHC-Africa in addition to running the LIA Centers in Jamaica and Kenya has given LIA an amazing platform to expand its impact. For this, God is requiring us to surrender to him all the more, and boldly engage this season. 
As we continue to train more church leaders through the training centers to facilitate transformational development, we are growing in depth in the counties where we serve. Additionally, GMHC- Africa is allowing us opportunity to impact beyond the countries which we directly work with. It’s expansion beyond our geographical confines.

May I kindly invite you to prayerfully walk with us in this exciting season?   
God calls us to be good stewards of this ministry making the most of every opportunity. We know that it is not by our strength or our power but by His spirit working through us. 
 
Please pray:

• For Mutinda, our new Training Director, as he develops and strengthens the training functions of both the LIA Center, Kenya and LIA Center, Jamaica facilities
• That LIA may be a good steward of the vision and model to train and empower the local church
• For GMHC-Africa that takes place September 10^th – 12^th. That this may be a powerful  and  impactful time for all involved.

• The GMHC-Africa secretariat who are working to organize the conference. That they may be Spirit led as we prepare for the 3^rd GMHC- Africa
