We are in the office for a few more days!
We leave for Kansas City on Monday, can’t believe it!  The ICOM staff’s last day in the office will be this Friday, November 8th.  That being said—the time to get your last minute meal/event purchases and registrations in is NOW!!!

  • We will temporarily disable the ability to buy any of our ticketed events starting tomorrow Wednesday, November 6th at 5 pm. We will resume selling tickets for certain events onsite when registration opens Thursday of the conference.
  • We do not recommend mailing your registration forms into the office anymore.  As it is so close to the conference, we will probably not receive your form in the office before we leave for KC. Thanks for your understanding on this.
  • In case of emergency situations, should you need to reach the staff, you can call David’s cell phone at 317-403-6110.

261 Churches/Colleges Pre- Registered
The record stands at 286, from Indianapolis in 2006.  But we are thrilled to have the second highest number of churches & colleges to register this year!!  That means 261 church families have paid the way for their church adults and children under 12 to attend ICOM free!  Some churches register every year as a means of supporting ICOM.  We greatly appreciate that.

Registration Instructions
Here are a few things to keep in mind when you get onsite at ICOM! Below are some hints so you can choose the correct line!

Registered: You have paid for your registration and gotten a confirmation email OR your name has been submitted online under a church or college.
Pre-Registered: your church or college has registered but you have not submitted your name.
Not Yet Registered – Credit Card: You have not registered and your church/college did not register and you’re paying with a credit card.
Not Yet Registered – Cash/Check: You have not registered and your church/college did not register and you’re paying with cash or check.

Exhibitors Special
We have received a couple of calls about where to go to move in their display.  All exhibitors are to use the “SOUTH DOCK”, on the south end of the convention center.  This is at the corner of 16th & Broadway.  The best way to enter this lot is to go south on Wyandotte Street, in front of the Crown Plaza hotel, the Aladdin, or right beside the Marriott all the way to 16th street. Turn right onto 16th street, and proceed to the end of the second block and turn right into the loading dock.  There is a small lot across Central street where trailers, trucks and buses can be parked.  It is not monitored, so you park at your own risk.
PLEASE READ THIS: Last year there were two situations where little children were on the exhibit hall floor and were dangerously close to a forklift in action.  All children on the exhibit hall floor are to be 14 years of age or over during move in/out.

Say an extra prayer for the ICOM staff.  That whole “busier than a onearmed paper hanger thing…”
See you in KC!
