Once again, we wanted to share with the LIA family the progress on the new LIA training center in Kenya, which will also be the new LIA headquarters home.
This week, Dr. Muindi visited the site to see the addition of the roof. We’re on track to move into the building at year’s end.
We are blessed by God’s provision of this tremendous resource for LIA and local churches across the world. Watch this video to see the vision for this training center!
At the beginning of the year, LIA launched a new orphans and vulnerable children program in Mathare slum, Kenya. We are excited at the progress already made.
For example, 30 guardians from the 50 at-risk families involved in the program already received training and are on their way to starting their own economic empowerment projects!
