Greetings once again from Honduras!!

It is good to be back home.  We are enjoying cooler weather today after nearly three weeks of very hot weather.

The pictures I hope you get were taken at 6 de mayo where our second week home, we drove an hour to help Gary and Cheryl Kuney with a medical clinic.  Dr. Jim Green a retired doctor from Tulsa does not like to see babies or children, so Madonna played Pediatrician for four days, but also saw adults as well.  She saw just over 100 patients in the four days she was there.  Betty Jo, the  doctors wife, took the pictures.  The group came from Christ Presbyterian Church in Tulsa, OK.  They are pictured with Gary and Cheryl and then we are pictured with Gary and Cheryl and then one of John and I.  We were happy we could help out for the week.

After we finished with the medical group, Madonna got busy baking birthday cakes for the women who had birthdays when we were in the States.  She did the last of the four today and won’t have any more to bake untill November 18th.

Steve Coverdale and Mike Orr took us to Indianapolis to the airport and Mark Hoff met us in Honduras.  We thank them for their help.

We are also thankful Marilyn, Madonna’s sister taking such good care of us with all she has to do in taking care of her husband, Danny.  Please continue your prayers for Danny.

Please also pray for our forwarding agent, Norma Alderfer as Larry and Norma’s youngest son, Michael went to be with the Lord after a long battle with a lung problem.  He was buried today and left his wife and three children.

Please also pray for Jim and Clara Kellar and their son, Paul and his wife Holly and their son, Peyton, as Paul and Holly’s oldest son, Forrest went to be with the Lord at 20 years after a four year battle with cancer.

We are having trouble with our Internet, so we pray this will get to you.  Thanks for your prayers and messages.  In His Love,  John and Madonna
