Hotel Room Update

Everyone Read This Please!!

The deadline for getting the contracted room rate is almost up, which means you need to get your hotel room very soon if you have not! See the housing page at this link!
If you are going to cancel your room, please call the ICOM Office, and give us your confirmation number and we will take your room reservation. It’s a long story, but if you turn your room into us, we can help others get a room at the contracted rate. Otherwise ICOM looses the room in our block & the rates skyrocket back up to the normal price. Some folks are asking us to let them know if rooms open up downtown. So, please call the office and give your room reservation to one of our staff members – 317-539-4231.

Our workshops being offered this year are on our website! Check this out to plan ahead for what sessions you might want to attend! There is something for everyone when it comes to ICOM’s workshops. We have over 25 workshops being offered each session!

Showers for Students!

ICOM is renting out facilities at the Coliseum in Richmond, right across the street from the convention center, for students that may be coming and staying in a church or facility where showers are not provided. These showers will be available on Friday & Saturday only and from 8-10 each morning and evening. If you plan on using these showers & can make a donation to cover the cost of this service, we’d greatly appreciate it!
