Important Exhibitors Reminders

Be sure to read all of these for the most updated info!

• Exhibitor Registration opens at 12 pm Noon, Eastern Standard Time

• There are a lot of color, but the only ones you need to know about are these
  • Purple (on Emily’s screen)—prime path – booth price + $100
  • Red (on Emily’s screen)—plaza prime path – booth price + $200
  • The other colors are there just to show the different sections.

• We are using a new company this year for our online registration, so you will make a new username/password. 
• This system is MUCH easier to navigate than our previous registration software. We love it & hope you do, too!
• If you are purchasing multiple booths, there is a “Purchase Multiple Booths” button in the top left corner of the screen. This will make it easy to do everything in 1 transaction if you want more than one booth. Otherwise, you’ll have to do all separate transactions.
• If you want, you can add your website so folks can look at your work online.
• We hope you got your updated exhibitor packet, too.  You might take a look at that before you reserve your spaces. Click here for the link
