Thank God:

·      For abundantly blessing David Pryor’s week of teaching and renewing relationships among the Kire people. (This was his first time to return since the Kire New Testament was dedicated 12 years ago.)

·      For Mike’s safe trip to participate in the dedication of a lectionary in the Aruamu language and for taking care of Eunice during his absence.

·      For enabling Eunice in her work on PBT’s corporate magazine The Latest Word.

·      For strengthening and sustaining both of us.

Please Pray:

·      That the Kire church leaders who were taught this past week will share what they learned with others in the coming weeks, and that revival and restoration will sweep through the Kire area. Pray also that God will enable the people to overcome barriers to reading the Kire New Testament.

·      That an Bible overview course being held this week for the Aruamu people will bring all who attend into deeper relationship with the Lord and greater understanding of His Word.

·      For the week-long Hope for a Better Future church conference that begins Monday here in Madang, that the church leaders and others who attend will be challenged, equipped, and inspired to minister to communities filled with lost and hurting people. Pray for Mike’s stamina this week as he has numerous responsibilities at the conference. Pray that a presentation on Bible translation in which we will both participate Wednesday will draw local churches into involvement in this work.

·      For Eunice as this season of intense work PBT’s magazine The Latest Word continues.
