Thank God:
· For sustaining us through another week.
· For providing for us in both large and small ways.
· For abundant rain in Madang and many other drought-stricken regions of Papua New Guinea.
Please Pray:
· That God will heal Mike and renew his strength, and that He will use him in mighty ways during this time of healing.
· That Eunice’s second cataract surgery will go well and that the desired correction (close-up vision) will be achieved. She’s got sinus congestion and related cough. Pray that she will stay well enough to have the surgery as scheduled on Wednesday.
· For our renters as they prepare to move out of our house next month. Pray especially for Krista, who has not yet found a place to go. And pray for Katie to be encouraged by experiencing God’s provision of some basic furnishings and equipment for her new apartment.
· That God will bring about the completion of the Akukem New Testament.
· For Mbore translator Steven and his wife Dulcy as she battles mouth cancer. She is not doing well on her current meds. Pray for healing and for an opportunity to switch to a more effective treatment. Pray for their peace and protection as they again travel to another town in PNG for follow up care.
