Thank God:
· For the many encouraging notes we received in response to last week’s prayer update.
· For the peace God is giving us.
· That the dates for Eunice’s trip to Papua New Guinea to dissolve our household and say some goodbyes are now set. She is scheduled to leave Sunday, February 7 (thus missing the super bowl) and arrive back home on Saturday, February 20.
· That our meeting with the realtor Wednesday morning went very well. One of his partners came, too, so we got a double benefit. Give thanks with us that they had many favorable comments and that, with only a few exceptions, their recommendations don’t sound too formidable!
· That the first issue of PBT’s new publication Latest Words, on which Eunice has worked extensively, is almost ready to go to press.
· For answering prayer for wisdom and unity for our teammates in Papua New Guinea as they held their annual meeting last week.
Please Pray:
· That God will heal Mike and renew his strength, and that He will use him in mighty ways during this time of healing.
· For wisdom in the decisions we’re making in response to the realtors’ recommendations and for provision of all that we need in order to implement them.
· That the final details for Eunice’s itinerary to Papua New Guinea will be resolved so that her ticket can be issued. Pray especially for her travel agent Leveta, who has been overwhelmed with rebooking and reticketing after many of her clients’ itineraries were disrupted by winter storms.
· That Josh and Karissa will be able to come spend time with Mike while Eunice is away.
