Dear partners in the mission.

Attached you will find our latest update on the work of making the Word of God available in the Lele language. Thank you so much for being part of this exciting work to help a people gain access to the Bible. What a joy it is to partner with you in this great task!

We ask for special prayers this month. Marc has been dealing with some health issues and seeking some answers through some medical testing and treatment in the recent weeks. He has increased his exercise routine and is working to improve his nutrition situation. In the course of the increased exercise routine, Marc sustained a small knee injury and is undergoing some treatment for that lately. Pray that he finds the health answers he needs and gains new strength in the days to come.

Between getting the medical help Marc needs and recent car repair bills, we are being put in a situation where we will soon owe three or four thousand dollars that we don’t have at our disposal. We would appreciate your prayers for God’s provision as we go through these struggles.

On an upbeat note, Bible translation progress is going well. Most of the book of Luke is now exegetically checked…with just two chapters to go! Praise God with us for the good forward movement in getting God’s Word into the Lele language. Satan has tried to distract us, but we rejoice that God continues to give Tina and Marc as well as Jonas and Pierre the strength to continue on in the Bible translation work.

Thanks again for your partnership!

May God bless you as you continue to serve Him.
