SHARING THE LOVE OF CHRIST THROUGH SHIPPING

A core element of the ministry of FAME is shipping much needed medical supplies around the world. 

Over the past month, FAME has received supply requests from current partners and new partners in 15 different countries.  We have sent a shipping container to Uganda with over 12,000 pounds of supplies inside with a value of $50,000.  Primary care supplies have gone to Burkina Faso, Costa Rica, Ivory Coast and Ecuador.  We are pulling supplies for Paraguay, Haiti and Zambia among others.  These medical supplies will go to help thousands who are hurting and in need of medical care.

MYANMAR CHE UPDATE

In February, FAME partnered again with Asia Christian Services and Asian Children’s Mission to offer two 5-day TOT1 (Training of Trainers 1) classes to a total of 73 Myanma people. One of the classes was held at EBI (Emmaus Bible Institute) where a group of 32 college-aged students completed the training. The other class assembled at Hope Orphanage and was attended by 41 community leaders and pastors. Two committed young men traveled 300 miles by motorbike from the Thailand border in order to receive the training, arriving a day late! The CHE students represented over 10 different cities in Myanmar. (Read more)
