A New Vocabulary
by Bruce Geoffrion, Director of Mission Resources
I’ve been in the field of materials management for many years. But, it wasn’t until I became involved in ministry 18 years ago that my thinking and vocabulary changed. Terms like supply chain, pipeline, expedite, and end user have been transformed in my mind.
Supply chain becomes ‘donor base’. Pipeline becomes what I call ‘conduit of care’. Expedite becomes ‘in His time’. And, the end users become the healthcare providers to the unreached and underserved in developing countries around the world.
I firmly believe God connects all the dots in an amazing way. He provides the many resources, then honors us to be the stewards until they are moved to the neediest of His children. Before the end of this year we intend to help with the shipping of containers to Cuba, Ghana, Myanmar, Honduras, Haiti, North Korea, Zimbabwe and Uganda.
Thank you for your support in helping make all this happen. Your generosity will help touch lives all around the world.
