A water-buffalo has many uses to families in India. It can be raised to be help on a farm, plowing fields and transporting water.
Milk production is the chief function of the water-buffalo. This provides a source of essential nutrition. The milk can also be sold, which in turn creates jobs.
It costs $1,200 to buy an animal that will help families become self sufficient. We ask that you prayerfully consider gathering with your church body or small group to buy a water-buffalo for a family in India.
