Hello Friends and Partners of the CBM Ministry,
We will be leaving Monday for our last Amazon Boat Mission Trip of 2014. Our 10 day trip will be up the Salimões River from Manaus where we have
a couple of churches and where during the July trip this year we treated over 900 individuals. We have teams coming from the Belmont Christian Church
in Christiansburg, Virginia and the Cornerstone Christian Church in Deltona, Florida as well as one individual from Christ´s Church Fleming Island in Jacksonville,
Florida and Dr. Woody, the CBM President, from Franklin, Tennessee.
We apologize for being behind on our journals of the Amazon Boat Trips but are almost caught up. Journals are now on from the May, June, July, August, September
and the October trips. Photos will be coming within the next few days. There is a video from the July trip already on the website. Also a number of individuals were
baptized into Christ during these last few months.
We will be leaving for the U.S. and the ICOM (Missionary Convention) on November 12 and will be in the U.S. until January 7. Our booth/display at the conference
is # 423 There will be 11 Amazon Boat Trips during 2015. We only have a few months open for trips in 2017 and are now scheduling teams for 2018 and 2019.
If your church is interested in helping us with a trip please get in touch with us soon. Even if you only have 5 or 6 individuals interested we can schedule you with
another church group that has about the same number. We need at least 10 for a trip and can use more.
