WHAT ARE YOU WAITING FOR?

What is your answer

to the question below?

Are you training your staff, leaders and

members in how to effectively share the

Gospel with those they know and meet in life

or are you just telling them to love others

and invite them to church?

We are shooting ourselves in the foot, and

choosing second best if we aren’t training

our people how to share Jesus with others.

Is it o.k. for me to say we are being

disobedient to the Lord if we aren’t equipping

our people how to GO and make disciples of

those outside the church?

WHAT WILL IT TAKE TO WAKE US UP?

We graduate people from our Christian Colleges who don’t
know how to share the Gospel and train other how to do it.
We send missionaries over seas who haven’t every been
effective in winning people to Jesus here, in their own
backyard, in their own language.

We hire preachers and staff members who don’t know
how to win people to Jesus unless they show up at their class or service.
And the beat goes on.
WE MUST TURN THIS AROUND.
AND WE CAN.

PASTORS, ASSOCIATES, ELDERS, MISSIONARY AND
OTHER COMMITTED CHRISTIANS ARE SEEING THEIR
LIVES CHANGED BY LEARNING TO USE THE
‘IT’S ALL ABOUT RELATIONSHIP’
PRESENTATIONS.
They are learning how to share Jesus more effectively with
those they know and meet and they
are learning how to train others how to do the same.

TWO MORE CLASSES
ARE COMING UP

Make the decision now to sign up and change the rest of your life in Christ.
The next two offerings of RELATIONAL EVANGELISM Using IAAR will start soon.
The next will start January 5 and the following in March.

It is an 8 week on-line course.  You do the work each week when you are able to in your schedule.  The cost is $300. That could be the best investment you could make in your life and the Kingdom.  If you are interested write Phil Towne at
pbtowne@hiu.edu.
WHY NOT PAY FOR YOUR STAFF TO TAKE THIS COURSE? WHY NOT HAVE ALL YOUR ELDERS TAKE THIS COURSE?  WHY NOT ASK ALL YOUR MISSIONARIES TO TAKE THIS COURSE?

Why would you NOT want them to learn how to share Jesus more effectively?
I’ve started working with a congregation near San Diego that wants to train as many people as possible in the coming years in how to use IAAR.
I just came back from Tennessee where there is a large church that wants to start training in the use of IAAR.
I just met a Doctor who wants to have his whole staff including several other Doctors to take the course in order to learn how to use IAAR as a tool to reach out to their patients.
I’m going to India Lord willing next year to train many people there.
We have some campus ministry leaders who want to train their staff’s in how to use IAAR to reach out to university students.
This course has been adopted by a new on line Consortium of 15-17 Christian Colleges as their evangelism course.
And the BEAT GOES ON.
There is a lot more happening.
When you are going to join the movement?

IN THE CLASS GOING ON RIGHT NOW…..we have a missionary in Japan and another in Germany taking it. We have a National Leader in Pakistan taking it and another leader in Chile.  We have 4 senior adults ages, 68, 71, 74 and 77.  It is thrilling to see what is happening to them. Hey Seniors: what are you spending your remaining years doing?  Is it going to make a difference in eternity?
We have other Christian leaders expanding the horizons of their life.
I just met a man in Arizona who told me he has been using the IAAR with teenagers and young adult for years and it is VERY effective in leading them to Jesus.
I ENCOURAGE AND CHALLENGE ALL OF YOU TO READ MY BOOK SHOWN TO THE RIGHT.
You can order it on Amazon/Kindle.
It addresses the issue of how we need to start training our people in effective personal evangelism.
READ THESE COMMENTS OF TWO ASSOCIATE PASTORS who took this course.
FIRST ONE; “2 Timothy 2:2 talks of taking what you have learned (gospel and being a disciple) and giving it to others who will be faithful to do it and pass it along also. This course has challenged me in that.  I discovered that I have not made this kind of teaching a priority in my life and ministry. I have not shared with another believer how to have conversations, how to explain the gospel or what Christianity is really about, and how to lead someone in becoming a disciple of Jesus. I feel that this is something God wants me to make a priority. I feel silly and embarrassed saying it because one would think that this is a standard requirement for anyone in the pastor role.”

What he realized is that IT IS NOT.  We have got to change this.  We can.

SECOND ONE; “I have served in dynamic and contemporary churches that focus on evangelism since 2003. Yet in all that time and my ministry experiences in these places I was NEVER trained in “How” to do evangelism. Yes I took classes that addressed the subject, but never once did I leave with a tangible or practical “how to.” We always discussed doing it in Group Models, or organically by letting actions speak louder than words.
This course has made me feel much stronger about having an applicable and teachable way of evangelizing rather than the ambiguous routes of modern examples. I also feel strongly that it is part of the job of a believer to teach another disciple how to make a disciple. This is even more crucial for those in ministry leading as well.”
