Our personnel are currently focusing on learning the language that is widely spoken in their region. Pray for alert minds to absorb the language and speak it in a natural manner. Pray that they will shine in their language ability.
Monday
Their language and acculturation studies rely heavily on their interactions with local people. Pray that God will use these contacts to build relationships that lead to opportunities to discuss spiritual matters.
Tuesday
Our personnel have identified a marginalized people group among whom they desire to serve. Pray for opportunities to meet and interact with members of this group. Pray that others would not work against our efforts to reach this people group.
Wednesday
Other people groups in the region are looking for someone to help them have
the “Holy Books.” Pray that God will raise up additional workers to accomplish this task.
Thursday
Current events show signs of deep spiritual hunger in this region. Pray that what Satan means for evil will be used by the Spirit to accomplish the purposes of God.
Friday
Many nations in this region are experiencing social and political turmoil. Pray for God’s protection on the lives and ministries of our personnel and other like-minded workers.
Saturday
We desire to see transformed lives through God’s Word in every language. Pray that everyone in this region will have opportunity to receive His Word and be deeply impacted by it. |
