Like Joseph and Daniel who unexpectedly found favor in the eyes of the King, we as Life In Abundance have been granted an opportunity that has left us excited and humbled by the favor our God has shown to us.
Later this month, March 25th and 26th, Life In Abundance will be bringing together twelve foundations to share the vision and mission of LIA and work we do for God across the nations. Most of these organizations have walked with us for years, and this will be a time to pause, appreciate what God has done, and share the strategic direction ahead so that we may travel together.
This is the first time LIA has ever had a platform to join our foundation partners together like this and the possibilities for cooperation are incredible! But we are most humbled by the fact that two faithful foundation partners have graciously committed to underwrite the cost of the entire event. They have also gone so far as to invite other senior leaders from foundations across the US to join us to hear our story and to learn how sustainable transformational development is changing the African continent and the Caribbean.
I ask that you join me and the LIA team in prayer and fasting, as you see fit, in anticipation of this important event. Pray that as the favor of God followed Joseph and Daniel into the throne rooms of Kings, it may also follow us. Petition the Lord for discernment and conviction as we all meet together to strategically advance the Kingdom, and that the way forward will be our joint commissioning with the foundations and we can all join God in what he desires to do.
As people fly in from across the country ask that they will have journey mercies, that the weather will be pleasant, and that the whole occasion would be graced with God’s presence. Pray that as we gather there will be a oneness of mind and a spirit, of partnership and commitment.
As LIA we are truly humbled by this opportunity we have been granted and it is our prayer and hope that this will be the beginning of greater things to come as we continue to be used of God as His glory made manifest across the nations.
