· For answering your prayers that we would work productively this past week.
· That our new team mates David and Carol have arrived and are ready to begin their ministries in technical and administrative services.
· That at the conclusion of church this morning we all walked to the nearby ocean to witness the new births of 14 young people.
· For His perfect peace.
Please Pray:
· For Mike as he participates in a retreat with area ministers and church leaders to begin laying the foundation for next year’s church conference.
· For Eunice as she participates in a week-long Creative Phonics course. Pray that she will gain whatever insights she needs for incorporating the current government standards into the elementary literacy curriculum she has helped develop. Pray also for co-worker Diane and Papua New Guineans Justin and Thomas who are also attending the course.
· For Eunice’s preparations for her upcoming trip to the U.S. She leaves less than a week after returning home from the course.
· For God’s wisdom and empowerment for the Mborena Kam translation team as they and our co-worker Martha begin an intensive work session, reading through their New Testament one more time to make sure that it is ready to be published.
