The FAME Night of Hope is just around the corner and we are happy to present an exciting way to bid on your favorite items at the silent auction that will be held at the event this year! With the help of WEDO Charity Auctions we can now offer mobile bidding. By using your smart phone or tablet you can log in and bid on your favorite items from anywhere you happen to be that evening. Those of you who might not be able to attend the Night of Hope now have the opportunity to bid from home!
NO phone or tablet, no problem! We will have volunteers with IPads in the Silent Auction viewing area to assist anyone who is having difficulty bidding or those who may not have access to a smart phone. You are still able to view all the items in person but do not lose the opportunity to bid once you walk away!
Want to get a head start on your favorite items? Auction bidding is now open!
- Register now for the event at www.wedoauctions.net/fame
- Click Register and fill out the form.
- Wait for it…..now click your personal blue bidding link in your text message and/or email and welcome to the fun.
- From our event site you can now bid on any auction item, purchase event tickets, and place donations if you choose.
- If you have not purchased your tickets for the event, you still may do so by clicking on the Event Tickets or Sponsor the Event tab.
- Now you are ready for the event!
- To bid on an item just click View All Items. Scroll through all the items until you find the one you would like, choose the item, then place your bid. You can also place a maximum bid so that the system bids on your behalf until it reaches your max.
- Once you have been outbid you will receive notification by text and email. You can then place another bid.
- Check back with our auction site often as many more items will be added in the next week.
