Greetings,
I am so eager to share the exciting news from our International Headquarters with you. As many of you know, LIA has been called to share the model of transformational development that God has given us with other ministries around the world so that the least-of-these may be served in gospel-centered, dignifying and sustainable ways. God gave me the vision of a training center to accomplish this goal and the HQ team has worked very hard over the past two years, looking over plans and working with contractors, to ensure this center would be realized.
Earlier this month the construction team finished all major building and painting that needed to be done, and we are ready to fine tune everything, from interior decorating to landscaping. This moment is especially exciting for us as a team because we have encountered various obstacles throughout the process, but God carried us through it all. We have witnessed the Lord build this center and guide the process, from the laying of the foundation pillars to the installation of the roof tiles; a constant reminder that this training center is to be used for His glory, to make disciples of every nation.
I would like to thank you for upholding the process through your prayers during various phases of development. We would not be where we are today without your intercession and support on behalf of the ministry.
Please join me in praying over the center as the last design details are completed, the furniture is moved in, and the two completed buildings begin to come to life. Ask that the Spirit would continue to guide us through to the very last step, rewarding all who have worked so hard to make this come to fruition for their diligence. Pray also that God prepares us to receive those who desire to learn about transformational development at our grand opening on February 7th, 2015.
