EVANGELISM AND UNITY
Gary Holloway
Note these words from Jesse Bader, the founder of World Convention:
Evangelism is not the only business of the church but it is the church’s first business and what Jesus made primary his church dare not make secondary. Evangelism is not an elective. It is a divine imperative. The church must evangelize or perish. There is no alternative. To evangelize is the greatest work in the world.

I’m numb from media onslaught with fear mongering stories. I wonder if I’m listening to voices inspired by God or those of the enemy. And I wonder about the outcome of manipulation. There are days when I have to walk away – thanking our merciful God who offers me a choice.

Daily Disciple
-Gary Holloway
“O the quiet holy joy of the silent hour, when the soul is alone with God! Have you learned to love it, dear reader? If not, you have yet to attain to one of the purest and sweetest pleasures possible to the Christian in this life” (J.H. Garrison, Alone with God, 21).
If this quotation has appeal to you, you are not alone. Many of us long to spend time alone with a God. But an hour? In our busy lives? Perhaps, like me, you have desired and intended for years to have a regular quiet time with God, but did not know how to begin. If so, then this volume provides a starting point, a daily five-minute devotional that can begin your time with God.
