· That teammates Jim and Justin report that their visits to Elementary Prep schools in the Aruamu language group went very well (though we won’t have details until they return to Madang later this week after making similar visits to schools in the Mbore language group).
· For His protection and peace for us and all our teammates.
Please Pray:
· For wisdom to set a time for Mike to visit the Akukem area and to overcome the challenges in planning this trip. He needs to go soon, before rainy season arrives and makes the roads impassable.
· For teammates Jim and Justin as they continue their trek by visiting Mbore schools that are using our PBT materials to teach their children how to read and write in their own language. Pray that they will accomplish their purposes of assessing student progress and encouraging the teachers and communities. Pray for safe travel as they return to Madang later this week.
· For God’s continuing peace and protection for Jim’s wife Joni and for Sharon (who lives on the same property with them) during Jim’s absence.
· That we will have a restful break as we slip out of town for a few days this next weekend.
