Would you like to make a huge difference in the life
of a Native American Youth this summer?

SEND THEM TO CHRISTIAN CAMP!
Diamond Willow Ministries is seeking scholarship funds for youth that
would otherwise not be able to afford camp tuition.

Hello,

Diamond Willow Ministries’ onsite youth programs have gone wonderfully this summer!  Thank you for all of your prayers and support.

Although the onsite youth activities are invaluable, there is also great value for the youth of the reservation to be able to “get off of the rez”.  Off-site Christian camp is just such a time. Camp is a time for the Native American youth to see that Christ’s love breaks down prejudices.  The youth are already accustomed to battling negative stereotypes when they leave the reservation.  At camp though, they get to meet, and spend time with, their Christian peers from across the region and experience love and acceptance.    It is an eye-opening and life-changing experience for them!

NebWyoDak Christian Camp, located in the Black Hills, is the camp of choice where we send our youth to hear the gospel of Jesus Christ while having fun and building friendships.  The camp provides the youth an opportunity to truly see that they can be part of the “bigger” church body off of the reservation. It really does build their confidence in God and in themselves to see that they are accepted for who they are in this environment off of the reservation.

Camp tuition is $120.00 per camper and $120.00 per sponsor.  We will send two or three adult sponsors as well as two to three of our teenage youth that are in our Hunkpati Youth Leadership Program.  Camp also provides a wonderful practical situation for these older Native American youth to learn and grow as leaders and role models.

The total need for camp this year is $3,200.00.  Would you, or your group, sponsor one or more of these children?  It’s a great way for your family, Sunday school class, home Bible study group, office or Church to reach out and help the Native American Youth of the Crow Creek Sioux Indian Reservation! Please consider a contribution today.
