Pray that they will model Christian community in their responses to needs within the body.
Tuesday
“It is the Lord your God you must follow and … revere.” (Deuteronomy 13:4a)
Pray that they will follow God and God alone.
Wednesday
“Your Word is a lamp to my feet and a light for my path.” (Psalm 119:105)
Pray that they will always look to Scripture for guidance in all that they teach and do.
Thursday
“Hold on to the good. Avoid every kind of evil.” (I Thessalonians 5:21b,22)
Pray that they will hold tightly to what is good and avoid everything that is evil.
Friday
“Accept one another … in order to bring praise to God.” (Romans 15:7)
Pray that they will be free of ethnic and social barriers that exist within their cultures.
Saturday
“Be faithful, even to the point of death, and I will give you the crown of life.” (Revelation 2:10c)
Pray that they will persevere in the face of trials and persecution. |
