REPORT IN ON FIRST TRAINING TRIP TO TANZANIA

Jim Phillips just sent me this report written by Kelley, a Kenyan and college grad in the field of psychology but now Jim’s right hand man in Africa. What makes this extra special is that this training was carried out TOTALLY by Africans that Jim has trained to be trainers. Good job Jim. Good job men. Keep it up.

Good and Morning and Praise the Lord!

We a wonderful time with the team training in Tanzania for the first time! What a blessing!
We had 93 church leaders trained from different churches! Over 10 churches were represented. The training was held in the Pentecostal church Arusha- Mto Wa Mbu.
The people responded positively to IAAR training and gave great testimonies of what they have learned has done to their hearts and giving confessions on how wrong they have done their evangelism forcing people to come to the Lord thinking its about them leaving them disappointed.
They had never heard of anything close to IAAR idea of evangelism. ( They thought we were going there with a big crusade) They wished we had gone there 5 or 10 years earlier. “We could have gone far with this ministry” they said.
Without our asking they promised to be sending reports of how they are doing with the material and what is happening in their churches. Wow! This is the first time we had this without asking!
This is a big door opened for us in Tanzania and the powers of darkness are shaken like never before! Our Team has never felt affirmed by God in this way! Felt a lot of Love, respect and presence of our King!
If we plan for another training there again, we will not have space for the people!
On Sunday the 4 of us were asked to preach in different churches. So we woke up and after breakfast, we all went to different churches. God used us in a might way. Then we met in the evening sharing of our experiences… WOW! Jesus Jesus!
I was asked to remain with the host church and had time sharing the word of God with His people… God used me for his glory. After the service I had an opportunity with host pastor to Baptize 10 people including one police woman! She came with her big gun and got into the water with sweater! What an experience for me from the Lord. Really humbling!
God really affirmed our team in a big way! All is for his Glory. I love this team, I love what God is doing with this team. Big blessing.
We arrived safely Yesterday evening in Nairobi.

I don’t think I need to add anything to this other than Praise God; John H.
