Creating Pathways (and Reducing Barriers) for Women in Organizational Leadership: Seeing Men and Women Flourish as They Work Together
Date: October 5-6, 2018
Location: Plano, TX
Facilitated by Dr. Leanne Dzubinski, Dr. Rob Dixon, and Ms. Wendy Wilson
The facilitators will lead in a day of interaction around understanding what is happening in both the research and changing expectations around men and women working together in leadership. We will engage questions, concerns, and interaction in a guided and respectful conversation, even with differing viewpoints.
We are working to make this workshop especially accessible to your leadership teams by repeating it in a number of cities where multiple agencies are located, so you don’t have to travel and can attend this important short event more efficiently. |

Study on CEO Annual Reviews
In 2011, a nationwide report was released which showed that only 49% of CEOs have an annual review on an annual basis. In this new survey we are launching for CEOs, we are hoping to determine within the North American missions community not only how often these are taking place but also what are the questions and process. This survey should only take 6-8 minutes but the insights gleaned from it will help inform boards, CEOs and allow us at Missio Nexus to serve you more effectively and practically in this arena.
The study will take place over the summer of 2018 with results released at the Mission Leaders Conference in September. |
