September Update
Your continued support allows us to receive reports like the one below. Years ago, FAME helped start a medical clinic in Tutukpene. Most everyone laughed about the name and just said it often. Today we are delighted to have Stephen, who is from Tutukpene, as a client. I can now say I have been there and have seen the fruits of his labor combined with Mission Resource funds. Stephen is the church leader at Tutukpene in the northern Volta region of Ghana. He has been trading in several different kinds of goods, mostly, household goods. He added the mobile money business to it after receiving the Mission Resource funding. Stephen sold in smaller quantity as a teenager to take care of himself in Junior High School. He decided to continue this after completing school. He has been doing this business for years to take care of his family of five children and his wifeMary at a smaller level. He was able to grow his business and create efficiencies after receiving funding from Mission Resource. Stephen has been a key donor to his local church. For his love for the gospel of Jesus to spread, he opened a local radio station that he uses to preach the gospel to the people in that community. From the business and his practical demonstration of his Christian faith, Stephen has respect from most people in his community and several people have come to Christ through him.

Jared, Anna and the Odle kids
Join us in Praying for Jared and Anna Odle in Ghana
1. Praise God for the 57.5% of the $20,000 that has been raised or pledged for our visit home. The money will be used for our travel back to the United States in April, a two year lease on our house in Ghana and school scholarships for children of our co-workers.
2. Anna has been volunteering wtih Mamawise which educates pregnant women. This is a huge need as pregnant women do not have access to this type of education anywhere else in Tamale. We hope to have six classes starting in September. Each class with have 15 women. Pray that God will continue to open doors for Anna to serve in this area.
