Just over a year ago, Pastor RoRo walked into the village of Anse a Boeuf on the south coast of Haiti. The need was so overwhelming that God prompted us to help, and we started a whole new project to help the people of this beautiful village. In September, we are celebrating how God provided the many needed steps over the last year to finally begin installing The Anse a Boeuf Water Project.

Gleason’s Soccer Ball
As I walked toward the water station, I heard Kenny say, “Man, this kid has worked so hard we need to do something for him!” I’ve heard things like that a lot in over 20 years of international ministry. I’ve see the kinds of things plain handouts can do in a community over time. At HCO we have committed to Helping Without Hurting, but this situation wasn’t a handout. Summer 2019 Intern Applications
It’s time! HCO is accepting applications for Summer 2019 interns! We are looking for:
Those who have served with HCO on a short-term trip
Those who have a heart to be a servant-leader
Those who sense God may be calling him/her to full-time ministry or mission
Interns spend 8 or 9 weeks in Peredo for the summer, building relationships, experiencing Haitian culture, helping host short-term teams, assisting with construction and VBS projects, and serving in whatever way needed.
