MISSION CITY CHURCH in Santa Barbara, California held their first community outreach event on Friday. By hosting free movies in the park, Mission City serves the community, gets to meet new people, and be good neighbors in their city. As an added bonus, the movie nights are held directly across from Santa Barbara Community College where the church will meet in the fall! It is a great first start for Mission City.

A ballet school might not be an obvious ministry outreach for most church plants. But when leaders of MISSIO DEI COMMUNITY in Salt Lake City, Utah discovered that several trained ballet dancers were a part of their church, they equipped those dancers to start a children’s ballet program at the church!
