For then you will delight yourself in the Almighty and lift up your face to God. You will make your prayer to him, and he will hear you, and you will pay your vows. You will decide on a matter, and it will be established for you, and light will shine on your ways.

Dear Mission,
As we delight ourselves in the goodness of God’s presence this week, let us go forth in confidence, knowing that He hears our confessions and please. He is good and faithful to establish our steps as we walk in His light. Let us go together this week in prayer for our brothers and sisters in Haiti and Ethiopia:
Haiti as a Nation:
Thanksgiving & Praise
For the last two months, we have experienced a violence-free life in Haiti which is contrary to what we have had in the past. We also thank God for being in control and helping us accomplish good economic levels.
Requests
1. Pray that more action is taken by the government to develop the nation and improve the normal lives of citizens in Haiti.
2. Pray for the vision of LIA to be fully embraced by the Haitian Church.
3. Let us lift up the new projects that are currently running within the communities. Pray that these will be impactful to the direct and indirect beneficiaries.
Ethiopia as a Nation
Thanksgiving & Praise
Praise God that the new Prime Minister is a born again Christian and boldly practices his faith. Please pray for his leadership and the country’s peace.
Requests
1. Thank God that, despite challenges, church-based savings and credit associations have been established. Currently in 6 church based savings and credit association, more than 700 people are registered as members and continue saving. Pray that the Lord would grow this program and that it would bear much fruit.
2. Pray for God’s favor and wisdom towards raising funds locally and getting new partners.
3. Pray that God will give us the right staff who would strengthen the programs department.
